Everybody, whether they admit or not, is looking for true happiness in life. True happiness, meaning something that doesn't eventually go away like any type of fun does, although fun is essential in living a balanced lifestyle. Spiritual life will bring you true happiness in life. But spiritual life, if it's a true spiritual life, will seek to help you find true balance in your life through your areas of life. Those areas are the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and social parts of yourself. If any part or parts are out of balance or lacking, you will notice it and not like it. Our lives on earth are about finding balance and keeping. Balance for me has been a constant struggle throughout my life. I think the secret to life is positivity. You repel evil and dissapiontment when you have a positive attitude I think if you look at someone who has it all-thats why they do.Secondly the way we manage stress is the most important factor in how long and well we live.
