Try a garage sale..... Sell them all at a cheaper price, say around 70% of the original price. If the garage sale goes on without anyone buying it for 1 week, decrease the price to 50% of the original value.
Or why don't you send an email to all your friends telling them about the things you want to sell and then offer the stuff to them at a cheap price. And dont forget to ask your friends to help advertise for you like, ask your friends to tell they're friends and family

Actually have a MOVING SALE. If the weather is good, advertise in your newspaper and local papers and also place signs in grocery stores and anywhere else you are allowed to post notices-- make sure you note the items you have to sell.
Your other option is to call antique dealers that actually want depression glass and collectibles-- dont let them cheat you though, make sure whatever they offer you counter much higher and settle somewhere inbetween--- they know how to get every buck out of you.

Since you have so much, why not launch a website? You would have to photograph everything, but anyone looking for that stuff would find you on a search engine. My website only costs $7.00 a month and I run all the credit cards thru paypal. I do my postage online and I never have to leave the house if I don't want to.

My experience with eBay is that it's good sto sell items that are easy to ship. For items that are hard to sell try Craigslist or buy a space at a local flea market and sell your items there. I've cleaned out my garage and closet several times and sold them at a local flea market and walked out of there at the end of the day with over $300. Not bad for selling items that are now considered your junk. Just remember that you will not sell everything and in my case whatever is left I usually donate to the Salvation Army. Also, keep in mind that people shopping at flea markets are bargain shoppers so make sure you sell your items at a reasonable price and be ready to bargain.

Try having a yard sale, or take it to the local flea market. Then what you make off it will help you move.

If you really want to get rid of it, then have a yard sale. You do not have to sell it at a high price if you just want to get rid of it , and you can negotiate the price with the buyer on the spot if you desire.

Have you tried Craigslist.com? They have specific sections for your city and state where you can sell things, give things away for free, find a date, buy things, etc.
Sort of like online classifieds.
I love that website!!
