They all have pros and cons, but I'd say George Washington. He's the one who came up with the idea of not being able to serve for more than two terms. I thinks that's good, because too much of a good thing tends to go to a person's head. If they were allowed to go longer, they might start to believe themselves to be more and more powerful, and that can only lead to trouble.
