Sure as long as your comfortable. Just wear appropriate attire.

"To stay comfortable in frigid weather, wear a microfiber shirt as a first layer, followed by a breathable windbreaker, gloves or mittens, and a hat. Begin by running into the wind, not with it, which will keep you from sweating too much. Sweat is bad in winter, as water robs heat from your body up to 25 times faster than trapped air does."

I've run with colds and had two things happen - either I get sicker the next day or I feel a lot better... It depends on how bad the cold is and what stage it's in. If you are well into the cold, skip the run and get better. If you are in the early stages, you might be able to head it off.

With cold it is very important to have enough rest to give the immune system a chance to fight and beat the causing viruses. That does not mean: you remain in bed all the time. Keeping yourself active is very important to activate the immune system, but not to the stage of running. Running when you are ill would exhaust your body and weeken your immune system. Wish you fast recovery and be alright very soon.

Yes it's ok. some believe it could help you get over being sick. If you've been suffering for let's say 2 wks I would say go to Dr. You want to be sure it's just a cold and not walking pneumonia or bronchitis.

You are asking for pneumonia. Your body is working hard enough to fight a viral infection and you want to run. The body needs as much rest as possible so that it can recuperate. You can run when not sick anymore.

yes it is....it will make your nose run more but thats ok. You should tone it down a bit though, but that is strictly because your body is tired while its trying to fight the cold virus.

yes it will probably make you feel better unless you're running in cold weather then just drink some tea and orange juice and wait until you're better!

a cold is caused by a virus which is hard to kill because they multiply so rapidly - but if you feel up to it - run - do it! but not if you have fever, chills, temp. - stay in bed. good luck & don't push yourself until you feel up to it.

It's always best to rest and recover fully before you do any exercise.
