Did you eat anything different? Beets will turn your pee pink or red. Too many carrots can turn it orangish. Are you properly hydrated? If not, you want to drink alot more water. Since you said you do not have any pain, it doesnt sound like a UTI. Sometimes when you jog too much that too can change the color. I know a few marathoners who were shocked after a run.

Depends on what you drank recently.
Increase your water intake and watch the color.
Normal urine is pale yellow.
Dirty brown usually means old blood in the urine. Do you have any symptoms of burning when you pee, or the urge to pee more frequently?? If you do, see your MD you may have a bladder infection.
Have you been having unprotected sex? If yes, then see your MD as you might have a veneral disease like gonarrhea.

Good luck, but start with increasing your water intake to flush out your urinary tract.l
