I work with 8 women in a pharmacy, this is my first christmas as a pharmacist, and am looking for a gift to get all of them....i have no idea what women like, looking to spend $50 (for each gift), and gift cards are too impersonal....., can any women help me out????

What a nice idea.
It would be really nice if you wrote on a card "I have appreciated all your hard work this year (if you are their boss) OR if youre not "I have enjoyed working with you this year" and then give them all a gift certificate for a massage, and or manicure.
Letting them know you appreciate them.
Or you could get them a REALLY big bunch of flowers each and a REALLY BIG box of chocolates.
Or take them all out for a meal. A Christmas dinner.
But truly, I think the massage/manicure idea is the best idea. Theyll love it!

I am sorry, but I can't determine your gender by your name.
If you are a lady then, by all means, lotions and massages are an ok gift to give other woman.
But, if you are a gentleman...those gifts might be a little too personal. Especially if the women have significant others in their lives.
Make up gift baskets. Gourmet snacks, movie theater gift certificates, hand moisturizers, coffees, teas, hand calendars...
No matter how you decide to gift, keep the gifts similar. You don't want anyone wondering why so-and-so got a "better" gift, even if you spent the same on everyone.

I took the entire department (with spouses) out for dinner at a nice restaurant. But it's likely too late for that. So, might I suggest a gift certificate to a day-spa, or Godiva chocolates. After all, it's not the thought that counts....just how much money you spent

For the ladies you are able to cause them to tiny earrings packing packing containers with decorations or purchase/make necklaces, bracelets, for the little boy, purchase a filled animal, for both boys, baseball caps, a blouse (Walmart), for the older ppl you get something effortless like socks, perhaps lipstick for the ladies, a blouse for the adult males. you need to even make the shirts with iron on letters or puffy paint
