Not an actual transplant for an actual working testicle, But there are prosthetic ones.

Hello Lemon, It isn't possible yet, but if one is missing and you are worried about appearance, then a false one can be put in the scrotum to level things up. Good luck.

No, if the testicles are removed due to cancer, then prosthetics are put in (little sacs of saline, like breast implants. )
