How do I capitalize expenditures? What accounts should I create for Leasehold repairs I want to capitalize?

We are a developer. We want to capitalize architect fees, office rent exp, repairs on leased office, etc. What accounts should I debit and credit?

well if they are in fact repairs as you stated above, then they would not be capitalized but deducted instead.
