Baby is getting bigger and laying right on your bladder.
I remember that feeling.
That have these things called Pregnancy Belts that you can buy almost anywhere that sells Maternity clothing.
It is the BEST thing. You wrap it around your back and it holds up your belly aka.baby off your bladder and actually helps your back too.
Try it I think it will help out so much as it did with me.
Good luck and Congratulations.

You need to go to your doctor and get checked . It sounds as if there is a possibility that you have a urinary tract infection or even a kidney infection .
Are you running a fever? Do you drink more than usual? Are the cramps in front or in back? After you urinate do you feel a pressure that makes you feel as if you have to do more but all that you can manage is a dribble at the most? Does it actually hurt to urinate like the worst strongest urge you have ever had to urinate but nothing comes?
Those are all signs of a bladder infection and must be seen by a doctor to be taken care of!! I had a kidneyy infection which I ignored when I was pregnant with my first baby and started to have contractions due to it. I almost lost my baby. Not trying to freak you here but it is the seemingly little things that seem to turn into major things if ignored! Just don't want to see someone else be as ignorant as I was at the risk of their baby!

Don't worry about the strong urge to urinate but nothing is coming we all feel that way when we are that large. As for the cramps if they are really strong call the doctor or hospital, if they're just minor then it's probably just Bracksten Hicks that is also normal it's just letting you know that your body is preparing to have this baby withen the next few weeks or so. Trust me you'll know the difference between minor cramps and the real thing it is cramps times a million fall to your knees even. If you start spotting or lose your plug or water starts trickling or a gush call the doc or hospital Triage room immidiately.

the baby may be pushing on your bladder causing you to feel full, even when you are not. if you are cramping, try drinking a full glass of water and laying on your left side. If it doesn't go away within an hour then call the dr. Sometimes if you are beginning to dehydrate a little it will cause cramping.

I am not really sure if pressure on the urethra is the reason for this, but I have the same problem. I attribute it to the pressure from the baby. you should definitely mention it at your next OB appointment, but my doctor told me that as long as I am still able to use the restroom, even if it is slow, then I am fine and it is normal for your bladder to be affected by the pressure from the baby. However, just like you say, sometimes it feels like I have to go really really bad but when I get there, there's nothing or it's really really slow. It is just the pressure from the baby and you shouldn't worry too much as long as it doesn't stop completely. Then, you should call your doctor.

I thought that went on from the first week (sorry, probably not apreciating humor at this stage).
Sound like your getting some good advice here. I do know my wife went through this (gotta go now but nothing there to go) for a few days before her labor started. You could be doing that.
Congrats your belly button is gonna be an inney again.

Sounds like the baby is using your bladder for a pillow or maybe a foot stool.

sounds like your baby is dropping more into your pelvis.......because you are starting to cramp and feel a lot of pressure down there, your body is preparing to go into labor.
due to the fact that you are only 34 weeks, i would let your doctor know...you arent considered full term until 37 weeks...you want to try and not deliver until at least that time!
good luck

Your baby is hitting your bladder and it makes you feel like going to the bathroom. You are probably having braxton hicks contractions which are nothing
