She said it takes a 6 volt adapter that plugs into the wall. It did not come with it and you could use batteries instead. It is driving me nuts!!

It is definitely not an i pod or a lap top. I already have cell phone but I want a new one but mine has to be traded in so it's not that. What do you think about Nintendo DS?

I don't think it's a laptop; mine takes 15 volts. My guess would be digital camera - some of them are 6 volts.
