Theoretically other dimensions exist, and could possibly be in a different time continuum.
The problem isn't with the theoretical, the problem is that we exist in a dimension where our interface with our environment is a 3 dimensional body.
Using another dimension to make the transition in time, then somehow make the transition back into the third dimension would require leaving the body behind since it cannot exist in any other dimension.
So, speaking strictly from a theoretical standpoint, you wouldn't be able to take along what you need to interface with the time you're traveling to.
Presently we cannot even fathom the human genome in its entirety. Somehow figuring out the matrix of other dimensions and then to somehow fabricate a construct to serve as an interface between our non-corporeal self and that dimension is way outside the realm of reality for the foreseeable future.

Well I'm in the camp of time travelling not being possible because if you could time travel backwards in time then wouldnt we already see time travelers making changes to the time line today... Of course if it is possible it will be the most broken thing ever and probably the most abused so I really hope it isnt possible. As for your question I believe you were also asking if someone could travel from... now into the future. I can see someone effectly hide'n then coming out of hide go seek in the future. I dont think its possible for someone to actualy go from one part of the "time line" into another part of that same "time line" in the future or past. You would have to break some very well supported laws of physics to do so. For the most part I think wormholes only move you from one region of space to another if you can make one stable enoth or have a ship small enoth to fit through one. But it is possible I guess that they could jump diffrent dimentions and or seperate "time lines". I hope that helps.

actually wormhole is helpful to travell in the both the direction of time...i maen worm hole is helpful for travelling in past as well as in the future
see take a very simple example:
u have a paper of ur notebook.now there is an say X ant who wants to travell from one end to the another. Now suppose it takes 1 hour for that ant to travell from one end to the another when ur page is unfolded.
now what u do just fold ur paper in such a way so that the two adges of ur paper meet at one point.
Consider there is another ant say Y on that folded paper. To travell the same distace that ant has taken only one minute so that means this ur ant is in the future...
so we can say that the ant X is in the past with respect to ant Y and ant Y is in the future with respect to that ant X
same happens in the universe where according to eiensteen the univrse has a carpet kind of structure and gravity folds a bit that stuctura so the more the gravity is,the more the folded carpet of univrse is there.
so the same way u cn also travell in the time n be in a future or be in the past by using wormhole.
wormhole is nohting but folded part of the univrse due to two blackhole

Time travel is not nor will it ever be possible for the simple reason that time is not a NATURAL feature of our universe. There is no Cosmic Master Clock ticking away the correct time. Time is no more than a human concept used to separate past, present and future. There is no physical past trailing along behind us, nor any future time awaiting us up ahead. Einstein theorized this (..that time is relative) and he's been proven right though countless experiments since.

The way your question is framed, it may be. We shouldn't rule out any idea absolutely based on present experience. This is not to say that it's likely or even has a measurable probability of happening.
What we do know is that it's not possible in the present, nor was it in the past, so the future is the only conceivable occurrence.

I seriously doubt it. Too many molecules to move into the unknown. It is fun to think of, then again there is the unexplained.
What if the person doing the travel is supposed to die in a bad car wreck 3 days from now? Does he/she bypass that?
Interesting topic and I'd like to read the answers on this. What if you are traveling at the speed of light and you turn your headlights on?
Just random thoughts I'm having here.

Probably not since you have to reach the speed of light (roughly 186,214 Miles per second) before time begins to slow down. Then there is the problem of sustaining life at that speed and a vessel that won't disintegrate at that speed. All in all, probably not. I like your question though, I've heard of those worm holes too but there is just too much to overcome and we aren't that advanced yet.

Time travel is possible if traveling faster than the speed of light is possible. You would arrive at your destination before you left...therefore you traveled through time!

Have you ever heard any credible (not obviously BS) stories of anyone travelling back from the future? No? There's your answer.
