Personally, I dont, but i have a high tollerance for outrageous stuff. I think the fact that some people say "P.O'd" instead of Pissed Off shows that some people DO consider it profanity. If the feelings of people who would hear or read the word are important to you, dont use the word around them.

NO!
Granpa Simpson once said "full of Piss & Vinegar". I've heard that expression, as well as "pissed off" on network TV many times.
Only extreme prudes would think it was profane.

I think it's considered more profane in American English than in British English where people commonly say 'taking the piss' for joking or i got pissed' for i got drunk.

Yeah. I hear people use words all the time that I remember kids getting suspended for when I was in school. Just a sign of decline in morals.

no but the "yahoo police" are very strange sensors, some people can post all sorts of profanity and racist remarks and they do not get deleted and others have innocent q's getting erased. the "police" just like messing with our heads

lol.. yahoo's definition of "profanity" is far too broad. If they can say ***** and d!ck on network TV, than we should be able to say piss here

I don't mind "I'm pissed", or even " piss off "
But I don't like it when someone says " I gotta take a piss " or if they use the other term " I gotta go cocky " to me that one is disgusting.
I especially don't like that expression coming from children.

Well I would not want to hear it from my grandchildren's mouths. Yes, profanity.
