I am already in university, but i hadn't decided what i'd like to be so i started with what i liked doing, which was computer... i'm declared in Computer Science, but i've been getting the feeling that i don't want to do that for the rest of my life, dealing with codes and programms, i like it and get good grades, but i want to have a life that deals with ppl more than that, the cources i've taken will be converted to a minor in CS, and i have previously decided to get an MBA after i graduate, but i'm still confused about Psycology and Buissiness, which should i go for as Major and Which Minor... soryy for the long question, but it's very complex for me...

Psychology is the most popular major for a reason, and it's not because it's not because it's "easy," although you can certainly choose easy classes w/in the major, if you want to be lazy. I'm majoring in psychology, minoring in business right now, and the two fields actually mesh very well, especially social psyc.

There are just so many things you can do with psychology, but you've got to be creative about it. Don't expect to be able to get a well paying job in psyc with just a bachelor's! A psyc degree is bascially an entry level degree.

HR, Marketing, and Sales are probably the top areas in business that would work best with psychology (social psyc in particular).

I have a bachelors in psychology. I had to get a job as a case manager at a mental health organization. The work was interesting, but the pay was terrible. Even the "therapists" with masters degrees only got paid $25000 a year. I got paid $18000. It sucked. That's why I went back to school and go another degree in elementary ed. You could not be a therapist/counselor at this institution without at least a masters. The other job I found was as a psych tech at a mental hospital. The pay there was awful too. Good luck.

in certain states you can become a teacher if you go to a certfication academy. You can have a director position at a non-profit agency (if you are lucky - this usually requires a Master's degree). Post grad - it depends what you want to do. You can test for your licensure as a counselor or you can use your degree to teach at the undergrad University level or at a community college. There are lots of things that you can do with a Masters in Psychology, you just need to be open and creative. Options are a little more limited with a Bachelor's in Psychology.

The undergraduate degree most preferred for admission into medical school is psych. Consider medical CS as a field of exploration.
