Hi Shah,

That is why we all have something called "home". When you get out of your office, you probably feeling very tired, down and burdened. I understand that. Now as you step out of your office, pack all your office burdens in a used plastic cover and drop it a dust bin at your office exit.

Now when you are on the street, think about how lovely is your wife! (And she is! - The fight she had in the morning is because she loves you so much!) Just remember to buy her some flowers or sweets. Then your kids, (Oh no.. don't remember the progress card issue now...) they are so lovely, when you go home they wait for you.. they are so happy and jump up and down saying "Dady is home". Have you got some pets at home? Dogs, cats if not, at least some rats? remember them. Think how nice it is to sit with your family and have dinner. Think about the good moments of life at home.

If you think and go home with a happy attitude, i bet you can take a lot more pressure from job the next day!

Go to a place where u got a fresh sir.. inhale heavily.. make u relax.. make some relax exercises.. put mp3 player and listen ur favorite songs with a strong coffee.. Surely u wil be relax..

just meditate for 15 min.
take deep breaths for about 10 to 15.
have a glass or two of water.
u will feel comfortable.
most important keep the mind blank for some time and then meditate.don't force, allow the thoughts, slowly they will reduce if u don't take them serious.

come home take bath relax .if u have kids spend time with them or family. listen to music.go for a walk and enjoy nature.

go to a park.. take a deeeeep breath of fresh air and forget all bad things. just focus on your love...close your eyes..... and see the smile on her face.... it works
