there are 2 aspects. one is Security of a bank and its methods. The second, is Customer service, now Customer service is again divided into segments which are securing his money, and then giving him his best as returns. Now a days, we have internet banking to take care of that. The other options available are, when the customer comes to the bank, you ensure his welcome, on a personal basis, and then make him more comfortable, by offering him your hospitality. Squeeze him off his money, and then press some keys on the software in front of you, and impress him. There are numerous ways my friend. technlogy can do every thing, but one thing it cannot do (impress). That, is left only to human charm and persuasion.
