I am 37 weeks/ 38 weeks pregnant and i'm having some kind of hot flashes....?

My face and ears are getting red and really hot like im overheating or something and i feel like i can't breath. but i feel better when cold air from fan is put on me.... can anyone help?? if you know please let me know how you know....
Is something wrong with me?
