It helps a little bit. Not enough to make a huge difference though.

Try considering breast reduction surgery (usually covered by insurance).

I went from a 38J to a 38C in Feb '06 (insurance covered all of it) and feel great

well, if you are in need of losing weight in general, you'll lose some in your breasts along with the rest of your body, if you diet and exercise in general. But there isn't a way to reduce breast size alone through exercises.

Losing weight can result in a small loss while a drastic reduction means surgery.Exercise is not significant.

exercise will tighten the muscles around them a bit but they won't get smaller that way. surgery would be the only answer if they are bothering you. if they are causing back problems your health care may cover the surgery. i know women who have had it and are grateful for it.
