If the music files don't have digital rights management, you just import them into iTunes. If they do have some sort of DRM, however, you have to strip the DRM. There are several ways of doing that, some legal and some not. Try googling it.

Nope, because iTunes is trying ot make money off of you. SO they would want you to download stuff from their company. I have tried it efore from MP3Downloads, but it couldnt b transferred to my iPod. Although, I may hav done some mistake

When you start itunes,click the file button and click "import",then select the folder where you saved all your music and select the song.

download them in to a file and redownload them into itunes from computer to computer create a network and try messing around just work at diffrent ways of going about it i know that i will try to do it soon to my moms computer to mine
