What do you mean safe? In terms of not getting pregnant? You can get pregnant either before or after. I got pregnant my first time immediately after my period...so it can happen.

Sex is never safe always please use protection at least two, birth control and condoms. If your wondering when you ovulate it is 14 days after your period But you can still get pregnant at any time so be very careful.

I played that game before. It is definitely after your period. Because then you'll be pregnant and then it won't matter how many or when you have sex. LOL Always use a condom.

Never! You can get pregnant at ANY time, even during your period in some cases so ALWAYS use protection unless you're ready for the responsibility of raising another human being and spending all your money on him or her.

I had a friend who got pregnant on day four of her period. So, there are SAFER times, but never safe times. Use a condom if you don't want to have kids.
