Put on a pad. You may bleed for a few days or maybe just til morning. It may even stop after an hour and you could spot the rest of the night. Everyone is different. Don't freak out about it, some girls bleed a LOT. So don't panic. If you get too concerned, just go to your OB-GYN. You should be fine tho.
Good Luck!

First of all are you sure it was your hymen that broke?
Did you have intercourse or do something that would cause this?
Hymens just don't break while your sitting around watching TV or on the computer. If it truly was your hymen that broke. You shouldn't bleed very heavy and it shouldn't bleed for very long.
If you are bleeding heavily...more than one pad an hour, then I suggest you speak to a Doctor. If there is any cramping or abdomen pain as well..could be a sign of something altogether different. If you are bleeding lightly and don't have any serious pain. Then wait a bit...it wont take long for it to stop.

Rupture of the hymen normally occurs during first intercourse (coitus) or rape. But many girls and teens tear, or otherwise dilate, their hymen for instance:
During sports like bicycling, horseback riding, gymnastics etc.
Inserting tampons.
The Hymen usually tears posteriorly or posterolaterally into two or more portions. Commonly, rupture of the hymen is accompanied by slight bleeding, which stops spontaneously. Occasionally, a larger vessel can bleed more. Even in severe cases, bleeding can usually be controlled by applying direct pressure to the bleeding point.

It's completely normal. It might bleed for a couple of days really lightly. If it bleeds heavily or much longer than that, then go see the doctor. But don't worry about it for now.
