It is common for women to have really long cycles. Some women have cycles that last 8-12 weeks or more, without a period until the end of that cycle. Some women just have trouble ovulating, and you usually won't have a period until a couple of weeks after you ovulate. Maybe you aren't ovulating on a regular cycle. You might also miss a period if you are underweight.

besides pregnancy, weight gain, weight loss done too fast. also stress, and the weirdest one based on studies is if u are hanging out with a new group of female friends or friend, and somehow your periods start to happen at the same time. that has happened to me more than one, and well, u can check on studies done about that, how female hormones synchronize....u can read about that online. hope that helps.

stress! it plays a huge factor!
that or a sudden weightloss/gain...change of diet....
or in some cases cysts on the ovaries can cause the cramping but no period.
You need to get to a doctor soon and get a check up.

Go to the doctor they can run a more accurate pregnancy test- from your blood.
Also if you're lifestyle has changed and you're under a lot of stress- that can cause it.

if it is your first or second year with your period (probably not) then its fine, otherwise go to the gyno and get a check up. it may be coming a week late so just wait for a while and it still doesnt come then go to the gyno. its always good to be on the safe side so just get urself checked out, dont want anything bad to happen to you now do you?
