As far back as I can remember I knew what the meaning of Christmas is .My mom and I would bake a cake every Christmas Eve for Jesus,I did believe in Santa but after I was told about him,my mom told me Jesus and her was my Santa,Jesus because he provided her with the money for her to buy the things in order for her to be Santa.I am so glad that I knew from the beginning, that it was about Jesus and that I was also allowed to believe in Santa.

If you're talking about Jesus's birth then i've known from a young age. My parents always made sure me and my sibings understood the reasons behind giving and recieving gifts and I am very grateful to them for that. I feel bad for those who don't know all about it as me and my family.

If by true meaning you mean......The birth of Jesus, I've always known since I was born. I was raised in church and it was just another part of growing up. I never knew any different.

I was 10 years old....I saw my mother fill my Christmas stocking with goodies! It really hurt me, I cried all night into my pillow. Then I woke up on Christmas morning and said "who cares about Santa, where's my presents?"
