I forgot to mention, I think I might have found a way. If I masturbate a lot before my period then it will come earlier but I was wondering if there was an alternative.

Sorry, but without external hormonal control (i.e., the pill, shot, nuva-ring, patch, etc) there is no way to control the arrival or longevity of your period.

Not really. Sometimes if you are stressed your period will be early or late. Like you said, sex and maturbation can make it early or late too. But there is no way of doing it scientifically. You can't really force yourself to be stressed, or count on that to change your cycle in any real way. You can go on pills if you really want to. Just go into a Planned Parenthood and they'll get you on some pills without telling your parents or anything. Of course, they are expensive, about $15/month from PP. You can also make an appointment online if you want at Plannedparenthood.org.

No there isn't a way to change when you have have period. You say that you are 14. Most girls at your age do not have regular periods since your body is changing so much at that time in your life. As you get older your period will become more regular.
Also, there are sometimes that a women's body will change it's cycle by itself, but again you can't control when or even if it does that.

When I had my son my perid changed for 9 months....no, I'm playing. Trying changing your diet and getting realing stressed out( get a boyfriend ). Truth is, theres are ways to change you period, but their not very healthy. You'd have to be anorexic, or very very ill.I did't start using tampons until I was 15 1/2. They're a dream. If you have a big even coming up ( that doesn't involve sex) I'd suggest tampons.

There is no way other than the Pill. Masturbation does not work either. Otherwise, everyone would be changing their period time that way.
