Just be there for her, listen to everything that she has to say, and try to help her throught the rough times. I know that you cant relate to what she is saying and how she feels but just try your best to comfort her and to let her know you will always be there to listen and to be a shoulder for her to lean on.

let her know you are there for her, and try to make sure that she knows that it isn't her fault. any kind of abuse scars.....and sometimes just dealing with it helps. also, it would help to know who did it so that you can reassure her she is safe, if indeed she is. if however she is still in the same house or is confronted by this person, try to protect her and be there for her, by keeping her out of the house as much as possible. again depending on how old you guys are, and who else knows

You can let her know that you are there for her...And that you will do anything you can to help her cope with it...Whether it be telling a trusting adult, or just letting her vent. Maybe giving her reassurance helps. And im Sorry to hear that, that's never a good thing.

Be a shoulder for her to cry on....listen to her..be open-minded,but not judgemental.....and if she really seems down and out too much, tell her to seek counseling .....hope she heals soon....
