My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 months now and nothing has happened. im pretty sure that both of us are able to have children. he already has a daughter. I was wondering if you knew of anything else other than going to the doctor? ive already had blood work done because they thought i wasnt ovulating.

Depends how often you are trying! If you try too much, it is likely that you will not conceive. If you relax and try every other dy or every 3 days, since sperm lives for 3 days, then I think that you would have a better chance at it. Good luck!

I don't answer a lot, but I had to on this one. I'm in the SAME place you are right now... My fiance already has a son, and we've been TTC for about 10 months now. So far, nothing! Before I came on this site I was clueless... I thought more sex, bigger chance. But I've learned that the best thing is to not have sex every day. Every other day is best. Also, definitely get an Ovulation Kit to see when you're ovulating and have sex then! I'm trying all of that this month. (Just got over my period.) So hopefully I'll have some luck too.

You could try natural family planning. It's most often used to avoid pregnancy, but it's a great tool for getting pregnant as well. Find a book at any book store or online on the subject and start following the instructions. I didn't even have to start taking my temp all the time to find out when I was ovulating...I just kept track of my periods for a couple of months and figured out when I was ovulating by paying attention to my body, especially during the times when most women generally ovulate...soon I learned my cycle well and got pregnant within 2 months. oh shoot, I fogot the name of it but you can buy it at walmart (and I'm sure other places too). It's a little device that you place a drop of your saliva on (the first spit of the morning) and you let it dry and then you look at it, it's like a mini microscope with a light built into it. If youre fertile or are going to be very soon you will see a fernlike pattern in your dried spit. If youre not ovulating your spit will just dry and you will see bubbles, it worked for us the last baby and it only ran us about $25 and the best part about it is that its reusable. Try it out and let us know!

Are you trying around the 14th day after the first day of yur period? This is when you ovulate. There was a prediction kit at CVS that was reusable. It uses your saliva ina little maginifier and the more of the firn like pattern you see the closer you are to ovulating. Rise and reuse the next day and so on.
Start taking your prenatal vit. now and not after. You may be lacking something in your diet.

Hello -- I can truly help you and your husband. What you need to
do is go out and but an Ovulation Kit called FIRST RESPONSE.
What this kits does, it tests your urine the very first thing in the
morning and when it turns BLUE then you can have a baby.
It doesn't give you gender it gives you a baby. It really works as I used it as my time clock was ticking. I have 3 healthy boys to prove it so Good Luck!!

The best thing for you and husband to do is make a schedule for the same time everyday so that you ovaries can get fertilize on a daily bases

No. both between the sexual organs commonly aren't to any extent further completely shaped and sensible. Say you've a penis and a vagina. more desirable than no longer you gained't have both testicles or perchance you gained't have a uterus. there is fairly little or no threat that both sex organ will be sensible to reproduce in hermaphrodites.

I had a friend that tried for years, lost a few, and finally read somewhere that she can take asprin, one a day, and she got pregnant twice since she did this.

girl i am with you on this, i mean we already have 2 girls and we have been trying for 1 1/2years now and i just can't seem to get pregnant if you get any pointers please let me know but they do say that you need to take some folic acid to help with your tubes, good luck for everything that you try
