If you are talking about the one with the mother and child listening to the rice krispies "snap, crackle, and pop" then the song is "Somewhere over the Rainbow" by IZ (also known as Israel Kamakawiwo`ole). He did his own Hawaiian version of the one we all know from Wizard of Oz. I have three of his albums.

I LOVE that song! It is Over the rainbow, recorded by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole.
You can buy it on itunes for $1. It is well worth it. I play it all the time!
