My husband has always called the chunk of snow on your wheel well that you feel the urge to kick off a "nerdle" - the "unword dictionary" describes "nerdle" as the piece of white stuff from the corner of your eye -- "ew." Can anyone tell me the most common definition?

I call it (a) "snowhell" (snow + wh(eel) + (w)ell; also conveniently "snow + hell", especially when you stub your toe while attempting to kick it off!) I find this neologism very flexible, especially at Christmas time, when I can pronounce it "snowhell" so that it resembles the pronunciation of "Noel." :))

Well, you asked...haha

Slush? Sorry don't really know, I live in the Bay Area and the last snow that stuck to the ground was in the 70's
