When I worked at Lowe's the company itself seemed to try hard to please customers but there were some rather rude employees also.. and the store I worked at refused to hire more workers when they were needed (they also cut back on hours to save money). Still Lowe's seems the better of the two.

With my experience, Home Depot always provided better customer service.

Lowes is fairly new in my area but I believe they will soon develop the lazy attitude of the Home Depot "workers". Don't get me wrong there are a few good people but the rest ruin the name of the hard workers.

Yeah I got completely ripped off by home depot...
They advertise do it yourself projects..
OK
so I go ahead and purchase their ceramic tile and all the stuff to go with installing it.. follow directions to a T and what happens they sold me different sized tiles.. not that you can tell by just looking.. like a 1/16 of an inch.. at the end it was all fouled up.. Their fault hands down...
so now I'm literally stuck with messed up tiles they won't do anything about it.. I either live with the uneveness or pay alot to have a pro come do it..
They nor the manufacturer stands behind their products or schemes to get people to shop there..
