Yuck! Democrats! Uh, neither. If I had to pick? Obama. Seen enough of the Clintons to last a lifetime.

Let's see..

Gore is an idiot, Dean is a nutcase, Edwards is a crook who sued the medical profession to the ground in SC, Hillary is a Marxist...

I guess Barack Hussein Obama is the best choice right now for the Democrats.

His voting record is not good for the middle class, but the unions love him and if people vote for him just cuz he's black he'll get a lot of votes. He's unknown and inexperienced, but then so was JFK. But then JFK was only in office a year and he caused so many problems, maybe inexperience is not a good thing for a president.

Obama was really upset when Maureen Dowdy said he had big ears. The way the press loves him, I guess he wouldn't get the kind of treatment that Bush gets, but if anything upset him he might cry. I think we need someone stronger as a leader. Hillary's the toughest character out there for the Democrat party, but she's not that popular.

I guess we'll have to see what happens in the next few years.

Obama is not black but of mixed heritage. Hillary will never be voted the first female president. Obama is becoming the fodder for media frenzy so his qualifications are debatable. Obama is getting to be a fad like the squeeze me Elmo doll and maybe he could be the next puppet president. Hillary has a lot of bad baggage but at least she has some political experience.

How sad is it to say that this country still can't elect a minority president? I am ashamed.

As for the question:
I would not vote for Clinton, she is not strong enough.

I do agree that Obama may not be experienced enough for this
election, but I'd hate to have to wait 8 years to get him the there!

To wait it out for Obama, after he proves himself, I would vote for Gore or McCain.

Let me ask you this important question. What has Obama ever done? What is his record of achievement and leadership? I think if you examine it, you'll find nothing of substance.

Hillary, for better or worse, has a record.

BTW, this is one of the biggest problems I had with Kerry. In 20 years in the Senate, he never wrote one important piece of legislation, never lead the fight on important reforms or an important law. His record was strictly whether he voted one way or another. BFD, my 82 year old grandmother with Alzheimers can do that.

Obama won't run because he's too inexperienced. Maybe in 2012 or better yet 2016 will be a better time to run.

None for the time being! It is still a long way before a picture of the preparations for the 2008 contest emerges!

I don't know who Barack Obama is but I would not vote for Hilary unless Barack was very very terrible.

Yes, but what has either of them ever accomplished? Hillary is riding her husband's coat tails and along with Barack is a junior senator who's never even chaired a congressional commitee

Netiher of them has ever held a job thet's required them to make serious decisions that they would be responsible for. Give me someone with executive experience: a governor, mayor or something....

Neither one of the two, Obama is not experienced enough, and Hillary, well I dont think she is a good enough Candidate for this High Office.

I'd write in Thomas Jefferson if this was the choice and there were no major 3rd party candidates....

I'd mention the candidate that I'm excited about right now but there isn't one.
