Not everyone has nausea. If you got a test from the doctor you probably aren't pregnant but it sounds like your stressing it and that could cause you to be late.

You usually need to wait about a week after you miss your period before you take a test. If it is still negative after that, I would think that you are not pregnant, but do not rule it out until 2 weeks after you miss your period. As for the 2nd question, some people have nausea right away, for me i never got it until about 2-3 months pregnant all the way til 5-6 months pregnant, so everyone is different.
I would just wait another week and retest, if you are still getting a negative result and no period, I would go see your Dr. again because it could be some other problem! Good luck!

1. It is always possible to have a false negative. You may just not be far enough along for the test to show up as positive. Even the test at the doctor office can still show up as a false negative.
2. Just because you have no nausea doesn't rule out being pregnant. When I was pregnant with my son I had no nausea whatsoever. It was only when eating certain foods that I would sometimes feel sick.
Good luck with whatever the outcome is. The best thing is just not to stress about it. Whatever happens, happens.

Hey girl; I'll give you a brief tale of what recently happened to me. ALL my pee tests were negative except for a digital one early on, but I still felt off, not nauseous or anything, but just not myself. I even got a qualitative (yes/no) blood test that showed up negative when read 2 days later! One day after it was read, I just said "this is ridiculous," and I peed on a stick, and guess what? 2 pink lines! I confirmed with all my other leftover tests from various boxes over the next few days, and I recently got a quantitative blood test. I'm 7 weeks on Saturday! Get this though; I didn't start getting nausea until I read about it usually coming on in the 6th week! Go figure. The mind is a powerful thing. No puking yet, though, so let's hope we're both blessed! Is this your first pregnancy? You might not know what to expect (I sure don't)! Good luck, girl. Keep your chin up, and keep looking for that second line. I would test a week after your expected period is supposed to begin (yay more waiting, but you'll get a better result!). Hope that helps ya!

It does NOT Mean that you're NOT pregnant...you very well could be! I didn't have a positive test until almost 6 weeks, and I didn't have nausea during my pregnancy. Everyone has different symptoms, and to different degrees, so maybe you just are one of the lucky ones that won't have "morning sickness." Treat your body as if you are pregnant until you know otherwise. Good luck!

its still possible that you are pregnant, but being stressed about it can cause you not to have your period. take another test in a week or so if you haven' t had your period, or if you have spotted.
Nausea is one of the pregnancy symptoms that doesn't happen to all women, so not having it does not rule out pregnancy. my morning sickness is just now getting bad, and i'm at about 12 weeks.

If you took a test at the doctors office and it came up negative, you're most likely not pregnant. I would wait a couple weeks, you may be getting ready to start your period.

I had absolutly no signs or syptoms I was pg. Once the HCG starts to build up you will get a pos if in fact you are. I still think with your time line it's too early to tell. Wait til 4-5 days past your missed period.

Well it may be too early to tell with a urine test. Why not ask for a blood test? Tell your dr you want to be 100% the blood test will show. And no not all women havemorning sickness though I always did.
