Doesn't sound normal for 25 years of age.
You are asking the wrong people. You should be asking a doctor. Could be a touch of arthritis, overexercising the same joints every day, or a disease. You really should check this out ASAP.

The same is happening to me....I'm much older than you. I discovered that the less time I spend at the computer, the less stiff I am.
It is important to talk to your doctor about this. It may be easily solved. Good luck.

Sadly enough, arthritis waits for no man, or woman, etc. However, you may not have arthritis, it could be any number of things. From sleep paralysis to simply sleeping the wrong way. Try sleeping a different way or talking to your doctor, you'll get it straightened out I'm sure. Good luck! :)

bad bed. or you're not sleeping comfortabley, like stress is getting to your dreams...relax before bed time, stretch out a little.
or, maybe you are aging really quickly and you're really an old man. can you still get it up? without viagra?
you should be okay. get some sleeping pills or alcohol and you'll get execllent rest.
