Are they mentally ill?Are they having some sort of genetic disorder or uncontroled obsession to become the opposite sex since it become a habit since they were a child?Could it be possible that they are simply confused between a typical genderism and their own birth sex?

Some people are just not comfortable being in the skin they were born in. It's not a mental illness, it's not an obsession or disorder, or confusion, it's just that they don't feel right being whatever gender they were born as. It's an innate feeling of something being amiss.

Imagine right now, you were trapped in the skin of a person of the opposite sex...in your mind and heart, you are a woman...but your body is that of a man...no matter what you do, you don't feel like a man...you don't want to be a man...

It would be miserable, I imagine...to feel like you got stuck in the wrong sex body...

Why does it happen? That I don't know...I don't think it's confusion...it's something deeper...
