What do you want to know? Poverty level keeps changing in every society - in other words every society has people who are considered below poverty level depending on the overall status of that society!

I could talk poverty all day long. Poverty doesn't go away at Xmas time. Too many people in our country live well below the poverty line. There are people that don't have a dime in everyones neighborhood. They are there, you just might not be aware.
