if you are 12 to 17 you already dress 80's, I'm working on a building next to a walking path. when school lets out i see the kids walking by wearing shirts with cut off shorts and leggings, I notice neon colors and 1 guy I saw was wearing neon green hammer pants, but he had one leg rolled up. If you are young you may not see it but our fashion is reverting to the most horrible decade of style we have seen.

Girls have done this at my school so many times. LOL
Well a white or black shirt with a bright colored shirt over it thats mildy torn and slanted to one shoulder more than the other, and then some pants to match but those dont have to be ripped. Big earings, various bracelets, tied up hair and long socks the color of the shirt you have over the white or black one.

look 1 lacey
black leggings, a black tutu or a denim skirt with tulle trimmings, a logo tee or an off the shoulder tee, black lace gloves worn with pumps or chuck taylors.
look 2 sporty
leggings, leg warmers, cloth headband, sweater that is loose but comes down tight at the waist/hips worn with high tops.
look 3 modern
colored tights, a mini skirt (denim or black matches everything) a striped tee worn with round toe pumps, round toe flats, pointed flats or pointed pumps.
don't forget to mess up your hair a bit like putting it on high pony tied a bit to the side or putting a lot of messy curls. put on matching vibrant eye shadow.

Parachute pants, or faded blue jeans that have holes in them. One of those stupid looking shirts that covers only one shoulder, looks lopsided. Shoelaces that are flourescent or neon colors. And just talk like a valley girl.

Go to any store in the mall, like Wet Seal or that other one...Deb? I never shop there so I don't know. But from the looks of it from store front view, it's a step back in time except with many more colors.

wear a funky fun colored mini skirt with spandex and legwarmers and flats. wear a funky tank over a t shirt that matches the skirt. wear your hear in a high side ponytail. also wear chunky big jewlery and earrings!!!!! i hope i helped
