everytime im stressed out i act mean to everyone and i cant help it, how can i stop?

I have this same problem. Try to think that its not anyones fault. Try to relax and take a 10 minute break for yourself. It's okay and remember things usually always get better.

That's not nice! When you are stressed, keep calm and relax, and avoid meeting or talking to anyone, so that you do not aggravate the situation by being mean to someone which will only make you more stressful!

Think of God also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. That is the only way to develop compassion and love even though we may be suffering in other ways. Read Bhagavad Gita As it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada and understand the meaning and purpose of life

1. Develop strategies to reduce stress in the various situations
2. Develop and practice other behavioral habits for those situations.

Take 5 mins and calm yourself. But it's normal for people to feel irritable when they're are stressed.

Always put your Faith in God.Each time you're out of temper,remember His name.You can control this.I believe so since i'm a highly devoted Muslim.
