Whenever i go onto the web and open a window, it freezes and says "Internet Explorer not responding".
How can i fix this problem?

If you have any virus' first get rid of those. If you get rid of those and you are still having this problem then get Morzilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.

Sounds like spyware. Go to download.com and get spybot and adaware. Install and run them and delete what they find. That should help a lot.

u cant is the the low memory and other programs running too i have the same problem

you need to delete something you are not using and free up some space on your pc

maybe your internet cable got unplugged or something...check the cable
