Download, update and run AVG Antivirus, Windows Defender, Spy-bot Search & Destroy, and Ad-Aware. AVG is avalible from Grisoft.com. Ad-Aware from Lavasoft, Spy-bot from download.com, and windows Defender from Microsoft.com. All are free.
