Get up. Go for a jog. Shower. Fix breakfast for everybody where you live. Do the dishes.
Go to Church.
Visit your favorite park. Be nice to animals there.
Make a phone call to a friend or relative you haven't talked to for a while.
Have lunch at your favorite fast food place.
Go see a movie with a friend.
Give a little money to a homeless person.
Tidy up your sock drawer.
Play a board game with someone.
Help someone fix dinner. (Eat it.)
Watch a little TV.
Tell someone you love that you love them.
Get ready for bed.
Sleep.

I would watch 3 games of NFL after going to church that is easy.

make yourself brunch and eat in in bed.
go to a black church and sing some southern gospel
take a friend out for lunch--just for no reason.
get a long relaxing massage.
phone somebody long distance who you havent talked to in a long time.

redecorate you own home to the extent you cannot recognize it..that is cleaning it up to being absolutely spotless
