Why do peolpe have so many negative beliefs and judgements to say about Arkansas?

I think people do not understand how hard it is the live in Arkansas . They money is scarce therefore heath care & dental care are not affordable, or easy to come by. If you live ther you are either rich or poor no in between. The came can be same for many parts of the south and the midwest. They only difference is Arkansas had a President tat gave it a bad reputation. The people there do not judge you on your looks outside, but rather how you are inside. That to me is how we all should be!!! Arkasas has many things to offer, if we would open up our minds and look at it through thier eyes, we would never look at this plae the same again ( or the people). Again this could be said about anyone or anyplace!

I am from South Carolina and I have never heard in my life any bad thing about people from Arkansas.only good things. I have on the other hand heard so very nasty things about Yankees that I wont repeat in mixed company.I certainly Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas now you hear

I dont know enough about Arkansas to judge it. All I know is its down south and the huge walmart headquarters is there in Bentonville.

stereotyping people from the south...just as people in the south say stuff about people in the north....think it comes alot from how people are portrayed on tv and the movies....I live in the bible belt America, and don't have a broken fridge and non moving car in my yard.....But there are places mostly the very poor areas that do....that is why they group a whole bunch of people and lable them as such, when it isn't everyone....
