Yoda, easy.
Anakin had raw power, but lacked the maturity and intellegence to apply it. Obi Wan kept making him look like the little padawan he was when just an apprentice, and the result of their final fight proves it. His belief in his own superiority cost him his limbs, and he had no one to blame but himself.
If Obi can take him, Yoda can too, and do an even better job of making him look like the amateur he was.

If Yoda can hold his own with the Sith Master, Sidious/Palpatine, he could take out newly Dark Anakin. Since Dark Anakin got his hands chopped off, he'll never be able to wield Sith Lightning as Darth Vader either.

Dark Anakin, he's the chosen one remember? And wasn't it Obi Wan himself who said that Anakin could become greater than Yoda? YAH, I'm pretty sure bad Ani would win.

Technically, when you consider that anakin did no longer have a father (he replaced into concieved of the stress) then anakin's mom will be Mary, Anakin will be Jesus before baptism, Darth Vader will be Jesus after baptism, the stress may be the holy spirit (from which mary conceived and from which JC derived the flexibility to do miracles). that would virtually position Palpatine to be God and Yoda to be the devil. for sure, that signifies that the best/undesirable roles have all been reversed.
