why do people like the first answerer come on here with no knowledge and attempt to answer. hes an appointed fed judge A LIBERAL--APPOINTED BY CLINTON--SYMPATHETIC CHILD MOLESTATION AND NAMBLA. DOESNT THINK ITS A CRIME--SAID SO. HES IN VERMONT--A LIFETIME APPOINTMENT--VERMONT IS RUN BY LIBERAL LEGISLATURE THAT IS NOT GOING TO IMPEACH HIM--GOT IT?

There's a lot of this going around. These judges should be prosecuted for child endangerment.

so why don't you impeach him? he isn't a liberal, he's a federal judge. besides, the prodsecution can always appeal the ruling as not in compliance with the law.
