The Falcon!! Sure, the other ships have their good points, but did any of them ever make the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs?
EDIT: forgot to add..have you seen the animated video "Fett's Vette" online? It's like a rap tribute to Slave 1...hysterical and the song is actually pretty decent ^_^

Since you can't really "fly" the Imperial Cruiser, I'd have to say Millenium Falcon. If I didn't want to get blown up (easily), I'd go with the Imperial Cruiser.

Out of the ones you listed it would have to be the Millennium Falcon. I mean the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs is quite impressive, and it blew up the second Death Star.
However, if I could fly any ship in the Star Wars universe it would have to be Boba Fett's ride, Slave 1.
