a muslim woman can only marry a muslim man for the marriage to be considered "legitimate". But regardless of any religion, adultery is a sin. I hope that you can work this out and come to a better place in your life.

i guess that would depend on if he is a Muslim and where he is living if he is Muslim and living in-his country then yes he can marry another woman. if he is living in the USA i don't think it would be legal if he is all ready married to you for him to marry another woman while living in the USA . but i might be wrong i really don't know how the laws in the USA would look at this. now if you don't like him marrying another woman then honey get a divorce because as i said if he is Muslim he can marry 4 times.

In the United States,it is not legal to have more than one spouse.The Muslim faith allows for multiple marriages in their country. In this country,it is adultery when either spouse is unfaithful.They believe you can get married by giving a significant gift to the intended new spouse. However,that marriage will not be recognized in our courts. Their customs say they can only take another spouse if they can continue to care for the first wife in the same or better conditions.They must be able to care for each equally.Remember,Mormons that continue to take multiple wives are guilty of polygamy. Only Muslim man are allowed to marry 4 wives. And if he had converted to Muslim he has the right to marry another wife in according to Syariah (Islamic) Law.
Regardless whether you agreed or not provided he is in another state he need not ask your permission unless he is in the same state as you!
Cos Islam doens not condoned sex outside marriage so he is allowed to take another wife if he is in other states.

If your husband is divorced he has his right to marry any woman of any race. But if he want to marry a muslim he must convert to muslim before marrying her.

Did you not consider that when you married someone of another culture? Did he not tell you the customs of his country? Did you not expect this? What was going on in your mind when you got married. The cultures are very different. You did not think through your relationship.

I take it you are divorced now,If you are he has every rite to marry who ever he wants.Wether she is Muslim , Black , Chinese , Japanese , or white. I think you might have to much time on your hands , And your just sitting around thinking about it to much.... Get out there and meet a nice Muslim , Black , Chinese , Japanese...etc Man and enjoy your self. Or sit home and be miserable.

If he is your husband he can't marry anyone else until the two of you divorce. Why would you have any say in who he marries once the two of you are divorced? You can't control him.
