I think that its a little bit of both....I have so many fond memories that have shaped my life but when I think of what could be to come, those things will shape my life to. Awesome question by the way...makes ya think

Yeah. I haven't started a family yet. I have some fond memories from the past, but I doubt they'll compare to what's coming.

I feel that mine personally are in my memories. I feel my life how it is now will remain relatively the same. I HOPE the best years of my life are yet to come, i just don't believe it.

More like, not so fond memories. I am too old, too underemployed, and have too much joint pain to think my best days are ahead of me.
