I have an hp ze5700, I would also like to know how much better an internal wifi card is than what I have which is an external linksys card

Usually you click start then right click on my computer and choose properties to see all of those details if you're using Windows XP. I'm not sure about wifi cards or about other operating systems.

do a google search for what kind of memory i have
then let one of the sites auto detect it and it should give you an idea of the price as well as all the specs

do a right click on my computer and go to properties, it will tell u both

well what i do is go to my start menu, then right click on Local Disk (C:) .
