when is Gedo Senki coming out on dvd?

Well, from last news report that I've seen released about the movie, apparently the liscencing for Gedo Senki is in jeopardy at the moment and they don't know when it will be able to be released in the US because of liscensing issues that could mean the earliest would be 2009
