Sometimes I feel that I am left out because when I am talking with a group of friends, I feel like I have nothing to add and I am just standing there, as the others are having a lot of fun. When I am talking to just one other person sometimes I feel that I bore them to death and it is just so hard. How can I open up and add some laughter to the conversations? Any advice or website references would be nice.

Just be yourself. Real friends will understand you and will tell you if you are bored. People who think you are bored and don't do anything about it are not your friends.

Good Luck

It's called "growing up" and some stages are awkward. This too will pass. Just be yourself always, give your friends your total attention, smile and walk tall. You'll get noticed!!
