As long as you don't ask the same question everyday, I would say it is young; but if you keep asking it until you end up asking if 46 is a young man don't expect a birthday present ;-)

45's pretty young. If you're asking this question due to ageing being a concern, don't be. One of the greatness in life is that we actually grow wiser as we age, and although I'm not even close to being 45, I would never ever want to become younger... never. Ageing is a part of life and for a good reason too cos I don't if anyone out there wants to be immortal on earth, like the bicentennial man.

sir, I think it is all in how you feel. If you feel young than you are young. if you feel like ur 90 and ur 45 than i'd say you have lived a hard life. not everyone gets everything handed to them on a silver platter some of us have to work to get what we want. So I think you have to be the one to answer the question. Do you FEEL young or do you feel old. doyou have gray hair?

No ~ sorry to say. That's when the hair is leaving and graying ~ and the body is slowing down. That isn't old, but it's also not considered a young man. It is middle aged.

It depend on how old do you feel. 45 is not considered young and not old. So how old do you feel you are and not how old are you. Think about it. If you feel young then you are young.

Sorry, but it is considered a little older than middle age, being the life expectancy is about 75 years of age.
You gave me a thumbs down? LOL Just you wait, on your 50th birthday AARP will be sending you geezer mail, and I am not making this up.
