Bradley, Patton and Ike.
Bradley is so under rated as a general, but you have to remember he was the last to be made 5 star, he out promoted Patton and was his Leash if you will. He was also basically the go to guy for Ike.
MacArthur is a good general but he was a better bureaucrat than leader.

I'm going to go with Eisenhower and MacArthur for sure...and as for the third...well, American Generals only? The third would have to be...I don't know to be entirely honest, but I'll go with either Nimitz or Patton. Nimitz was an admiral though. I believe Patton played an important role in the aftermath of Operation Overlord. Maybe not though. Eh, he begged for the chance to command again after he got demoted for hitting that soldier...no no...Pershing? Eh, he didn't do much. But I think Pershing influenced other general's ideas...hmmm ok I'll go with Eisenhower, MacArthur and Pershing. Sorry, that was ridiculously long. But then again...(jk)
Edit: Yes, the other guy below me is right, Bradley. Eisenhower, MacArthur and Bradley.
