I would want to die not much older than 65-70. By the time I get to that age, technology might have been able to ensure a fairly mobile lifestyle even for one as old as that, but I don't want to ever be infirm. I want my death to be in the service of some great and noble goal, or maybe even just shielding someone I care about with my body. I don't particularly care if the death is painful so long as it's meaningful.

I would like to die in my sleep. I don't care when I just Pray that it is before my children. It would be nice to know in advance so that I could say my good byes and I will Love you and Miss you until we meet again. Thank you for this question as it reminds us all that we do not get to pick our time of departure from this earth and that we should all say those things to our loved ones today as we do not know if and when tomorrow will come.

maybe die at age 225 if i'm still relatively healthy, and i'd like to freeze to death climbing some mountain...it's totally painless. you just go to sleep. i've had enough pain in my life...it would be really great to die pain-free.
